This skin-contact Pinot Grigio is the color of a rosé and tastes somewhere between an orange wine and a dry rosé. It is clean and fresh with lively scents of strawberry, rose and apple. The palate is medium to full-bodied with more strawberry, along with nectarine, red currants, cherry and peach notes. It is at the same time creamy and juicy with slight salinity and tannin providing a framework to the wine. A very interesting and captivating wine.
