This is a complex, correct, and delightful Barbera with moderate acidity and tremendous integration. Aromas are largely black fruited, with plummy notes, wood, light currant, and not-sweet blackberry—complex and giving. The palate is juicy and plummy, with soft tannins, integrated black fruit, and a linear progression. This is medium in body with a longer finish.
