Aromas of apple skin, vanilla, pear, chalk and minerality. The palate is complex with flavors of citrus, Granny Smith apple, toast, coconut macaroon, wet stones, chalk and apple skin. It has a creamy texture with medium-plus acidity and a long finish with notes of lemon curd and wood spice.
