Tasting Notes
The nose is subtle for a California Chard, with apples, glazed pears and lemons. The wine is rounded in the mouth, with hints of caramelized apples. There are suggestions of oak and malolactic fermentation, just-right acidity. Medium-bodied and balanced, a great example of a California fighting varietal. Sustainable.
