Quite aromatic, with lime, peach, grapefruit, gooseberry, and a slight grassiness.  The palate is tart and full, with moderate acidity and citrus flavors. 

This family owned winery has 250 hectacres planted, making it one of the largest vineyard holdings in the Cotes de Gascogne region of southwestern France. This wine was aged on its lees at cold temperatures, and most likely in stainless steel.
