Tasting Notes

Soft aromas of white peach, green pear, and a hint of orange zest lead to secondary aromas of almond and dried herbs. Refreshing and clean on the palate with a touch of salinity.  Citrus fruits, especially lemon and lime mingle with green melon and lingering stony minerality on the finish. Medium weight with medium-plus acidity.

The Gruner Veltliner grapes used to make this wine came from one of the driest climates is Austria. The juice was fermented in stainless steel with self-developed, natural-based yeasts, and did not go through malolactic fermenttion.
