This wine is called Durif as the second name for Petit Sirah. This fruit is grown locally on the West side of Seneca lake. The aromas are of purple and blue fruit; plum, blueberry, blackcap and fruit leather with some medium weight, medium acidity and medium tannins. This is clean, lightly brambly and put with no oak flavors.
