This wine looks light in the glass but is delicious and ripe with some oak and spice notes. Aromas include raspberry, black cherry, and forest floor. Round and soft on the palate with savory and integrated smoke flavors supported by a touch of black pepper. It is medium in body and acidity. If tasted blind we would not say this is from California.
