Clear with a very light tint of yellow. Floral and fruity on the nose, with delicate spice aromas. Crisp apple and pear flavors, with slight citrus and almond oil. Creamy midpalate, complex body and long, refreshing finish.

This is the first saké to have the USDA organic seal. Junmai means "pure rice" and it refers to saké brewed with no added ingredients. Made to be consumed chilled.
