Tasting Notes

Highly aromatic with intense floral notes including jasmine, rosewater, & orange blossom.  Refreshing and complex on the palate with orange, strawberry, and floral notes. Slightly structured on the finish with a touch of herbaceousness/bramble and citrus pith.

From the distributor: Crushed by foot by Amélie and her sister and aged for one month on the skins in Stockinger barrels. Made without any sulfur and no filtration. Medium orange color, floral nose, considerable depth, spicy with pink grapefruit notes on the palate.
