This dry rosé is lightly floral with notes of dried lavender and strawberry on the nose. The palate offers bright lemon and nectarine with strawberry, raspberry and herbs rounding out the finish.
90 % Grenache produced using the saignée method grown and 10% direct pressing, with no maceration Syrah in Cases-de-Pène (on the border with Spain). Winemaker is Corinne Le Meur. Yields of just 2.3 tons/acre. Vines average 35 years in age. Harvested at night.
