Tasting Notes
An atypical aromatic gin with spearmint, white pepper, and lavender on the nose. The palate is silky with a hint of sweetness. There is cinnamon, fennel seed and star anise with some menthol and clean notes. The finish is very long and lacks traditional juniper or herbal notes.
