Tasting Notes
A champagne method cider with earthy and dark aromas. The nose is round with dried dates, baked yellow apple and some fresh lemon. The palate is ever so off-dry, with brown butter notes, which it needs in this earthy and more tannic cider. This cider will work beautifully at the table.
