Tasting Notes
Fascinating aromas of laurel, sage, tarragon, and other fresh herbs, along with lemon and lime zest are quite busy. The palate is tart, but not lemony, and somehow communicates a sense of place, a specificity. There are light pistachio and green tea notes in this medium-bodied wine with a long finish.
