Tasting Notes
La Garenne comes from a 2.5-hectare vineyard of that name, a plot on an east-facing slope with rocky, chalky limestone soils. It is a well-drained, warm slope which ripens well. The wine is fermented and aged in stainless steel only to maintain the fresh, bright, quality of the wine.
