Vicomté d'Aumelas Cabarel 2017

Tasting Notes

This wine comes from a collective of small farmers in the south of France who produce 10 million bottles a year, 95% of which is exported.  They grow the grapes for this wine, using green harvest to keep yields low.  The varieties are fermented separately in stainless steel, rest on the skins to strengthen color and aromas, and are blended.  A small proportion is aged in oak.
