This Patagonian Cabernet is more red fruited than many. It begins with cherry-strawberry aromas, then plum, dried cherry, spice and red peppers join in on the palate. Medium weight with rounded tannins, it has that just-right density and balance to enjoy with or without food. Grilled steaks, meatloaf and burgers will be excellent food partners, or vegetarians can enjoy with grilled Portobello mushrooms, smoked tofu or black beans.
