Soft and delicate aromas of earth and clay mixed with cherry, raspberry and dried herbs. On the palate the wine is dry and a touch savory with citrus, raspberry, and mineral notes.  Concentrated with balancing acidity and a persistent finish.

Established in 1971, Domaine Fontsainte has a unique terroir with lots or garrigue and varying soils including limestone, silica, clay, and some pudding stones.  They are committed to environmentally- sustainable work in the vineyard and harvest entirely by hand.
