A wine of true finesse and elegance. Aromas of berry, flowers and chalk- along with notes of nuts, cream, yeast- make way for a complex palate with a cool, minerally finish.

 

Grower-producer David Pehu controls 9 hectacres of vineyards in Champagne, 6 hectacres of which are Grand Cru sites (He only bottles from these sites and sells off the rest). This selection is of three of his Grand Cru sites, based on the 2010 vintage, with some of a "perpetual reserve solera" dating back to 2006. A small portion of the wine saw oak, the rest stainless steel.
