This Sangiovese offers blackberry, red currants, cranberry, plum and red cherry. The palate echoes the nose along with herbaceous notes (oregano), black pepper and cinnamon.  The wine’s structure is typical for an Italian red with pleasantly tart acidity and dusty tannins followed up by a long finish.
