Aromas are soft and enticing with notes of white flowers, pear, and golden apple. This is a relaxed Prosecco, that combines a round and velvety texture with playful acidity that keeps singing throughout the palate. Flavors of white peach, apricot, and red apple present themselves in this elegant bubbly.
Grapes are sourced from vineyards around Treviso. Harvested the second half of September, grapes are fermented in stainless steel for 8-10 days. After that, the wine goes through the Charmat process to produce the bubbles. In this process, the second fermentation happens in a large tank (as opposed to the bottle) and then the sparkling wine is bottled.
