This dry white wine, produced on the small island of Salina, is characterized by an aroma reminiscent of spring flowers, white nectarine, crushed rocks and salinity. The palate echoes the nose with the addition of citrus and white peach. It is medium in body with refreshing acidity and has a medium finish.

This is fresh and tart with lemon, grapefruit, lime and sweet-tart red fruits, especially strawberry. It has crisp acidity and tons of minerality.
