Bright and juicy aromas of apple, lemon, pear and apricot. Clean, pure, juicy and complex with more creamy texture and ripe full flavor. The beautifully round texture of this wine showcases flavors of Golden Delicious apple, creamy lees, and lemon oil with less mineral qualities than the previous vintage.

From the producer: Generously fruit-forward and refreshingly light, the Riesling Semi-Dry displays our signature varietal's natural verve. Sourced from early picks in vineyard blocks surrounding Seneca Lake, it offers aromas of wildflower and orchard fruit against a lean, citrus backbone.

A particular specialty of the Valle Isarco. Greenish to bright yellow in color. Peaches, apricots, and tones of tangerines on the nose. Very lively, juicy, and sleek on the palate, with a mineral-rich finish.

Aromas of soft apple, bosc pear, flint and herbs. There's a touch of roundness in the texture, yet the wine stays juicy. Medium body, apple, pear, lemon zest, leesiness and a light creaminess. Tasty and food friendly! 

This is a fresh, crisp, mineral-driven, even austere style of Chardonnay from the Loire Valley. It is neither fruity nor oaky, but it is juicy and succulent, bracing and clean. There are chalky, citrus and stone notes. As the wine warms up, it becomes more generous and exhibits some stone fruit notes. This is a food partner which provides cut and relief to foods with fat such as white meats, salmon, tuna, crab, and scallops.

Green, herbal aromas lead to flavors of pear, melon, lime, gooseberry and and fresh cut grass. It's tart and crisp with a clean, stony/mineral finish.

Fruity, floral aromas and flavors of opal apples, cherry blossoms and apricot, with a supple, tangy, medium body and a polished and engaging long finish with shades of golden kiwi, ripe peach, pineapple, sultry with a long finish. The flavors seem honeyed with ugly fruit, cantaloupe and starfruit that is juicy sweet and very drinkable.

Aromas of baked apple, honey, pineapple, citrus and toasty oak. On the palate this wine is well-balanced with enough acidity to carry its weight. This wine is full body and elegant and the oak use is just right.

Stone, honeydew melon, citrus and white pepper aromas lead to kiwi and citrus peel with touches of white pepper along with classic Finger Lakes minerality and more melon notes. Clean with moderate acidity and nice roundness, lemon-lime flavors persist on the finish.

This is a classic and well-made Gewurztraminer from a cool vintage. Aromas of lychee, ginger skin, and honeysuckle greet the nose of this medium-bodied wine and carry through to the bright and flavorful palate where lychee, white flowers, ginger, pear, and light brown spices add complexity. It is dry with integrated acidity and round texture.

Alluring aromas of light lemon, lemon blossom, stone, wildflowers, and honey. Refreshing on the palate, with rounded acidity, lemon crud, white peach, apricot and apple fruit. This exciting wine balances mountain freshness and cut with ripeness. It is medium bodied with a longer finish.

Fresh citrus and meadow flowers with touches of peach and grapefruit on the nose. Refreshing acidity on the palate with more citrus and stone fruit flavors and a lingering minerality.

Freshly grated lime zest greet the taster with pear, apple and wet stone minerality. The magic occurs on the palate with almost off-dry flavors of ripe peach, apricot, sundew melon, marzipan and yellow plum. The acidity is medium plus with a medium bodied frame that tastes riper than the aromas suggest.

A classic, dry version of Gewurztraminer with rose petals, lychee and other tropical notes, and candied ginger. The palate is complex, but not heavy with medium weight and a long finish. The palate delivers white pepper, rosewater, apricot and peaches and cream. This has great acidity which makes this a great value for this varietal.

Aromas of stone fruits, citrus and some chalk/talc on the nose.  Just off-dry and beautifully balanced, this delicious crowd pleaser offers juicy peach and citrus flavors with lingering minerality.

Pear, quince, light floral aromas especially orange blossom, soft almond notes and some nectarine are enticing. This nearly off-dry wine has a round texture balanced with refreshing acid. The palate provides jasmine, some orange peel and subtle peach flavors that are enjoyable alone or with food.

Aromas of peach and apricot lead to a medium-plus to full-bodied, generous white that gives tropical flavors of pineapple, orange and apricot. It is round in texture with moderate acidity and though dry, it expresses a beeswax/honey note.

Lovely, beautiful wine that is not over-the-top. Floral, nectarine and almond are gentle and elegant.

Not only is the bottle unusual for an Italian Vermentino, so is the wine inside. Loaded with pronounced tropical aromatics rather than citrus and mineral notes, the wine is rounded and dense with a soft mouthfeel. The fruit is exotic on a medium bodied frame. A palate full of juicy grapefruit, nectarine, lemon zest and a hint of Mediterranean herbs that lead to an intriguing saline and mineral finish.

This unoaked Chardonnay offers fresh flavors of pineapple and grilled peaches with nice acidity to keep the palate lifted. The texture is attractive with both freshness and a broad mouthfeel. It finishes with glazed citrus and sweet snap pea.

This succulent and unique Greek wine opens on the nose with light florality and honeysuckle, grapefruit, green tropical fruits and nectarine, followed by a round palate where mellow tropical fruits of candied pineapple, kumquat, mangosteen are balanced with white peach and a refreshing minerality. The texture and concentration of this North-West Macedonian white is matched with a lifted acidity, a well-balanced finesse, and an exquisite finish with the subtle bitterness of fruit peel and almond skin. 

Aromas of white donut peach, apricot, creamy and light floral notes. Like previous vintages this is an enticing and subtle wine with some underripe pineapple flavors, white pepper, clean and bright lemon that equates with medium plus acidity and moderate mouthfeel.

Apples, apricots, and white peach on the nose. The palate follows with white stone fruits, some barrel and lees but not oak, white flowers and lilacs, finishing with fresh lemon zest.

Light aromas of wet stone/talc, stone fruits and white flowers on the nose. The medium-bodied palate offer peach and nectarine, minerals, and a touch of bitterness to balance the ripe fruit.

This is classic Macon with its creamy texture and fresh crisp apple flavors.  Stainless steel aging adds to its freshness with subtle pear notes lingering on the finish.

Ripe and round with stone fruits including peach, apricot, and marmalade. Zippy and clean with tropical pineapple notes and a kiss of sweetness to balance.

This aromatic wine offers lovely, fresh green fruits of pear, melon, lemon, lime, mineral and almond. It is crisp with plenty of finesse, but also has a pleasing density. Notes of citrus, herbs, pear and flowers are subtle, yet inviting.

Aromas of elegant oak, vanilla, pear and dried apple introduce the wine. On the palate, it is slightly over medium weight with crisp apple and pear, light butteriness, vanilla and linen notes joining lightly toasty oak. The fruit here is subtle, making this a cleansing food wine.

This opens with buttery aromas of toast, Golden Delicious apples, and a touch of lemon. In the mouth, the wine is ripe, with golden apples, some flinty minerality, creme brulée, apricot, and poached pear flavors. Medium plus in body with a longer finish.

From the producer: "Flavors of ripe apple, butter, lemon, and melon are perfectly balanced with light toasty oak on the palate."

Heady floral aromas of orange blossom, Turkish delight, and lychee dominate the nose. While bitter tart citrus and white floral notes highlight the medium long finish.

Apple, nectarine, pineapple, and tea berry. The palate has darker notes like rustic cider, nuts, poached pear and honey, with a bit of peach and cream.

Hay, peach skin, mango, and jasmine introduce this wine. Orchard fruit (yellow apple and pear) join honeysuckle and apricot on the palate. It seems quite dry. Texture and mouthfeel are both rounded.

This wine smells clean and crisp with citrus and confectioner sugar. The flavors are more complex with lemon, quince, apple and honey or beeswax. The acidity is medium with good ripeness of fruit and some herbal notes of hay. This is a different type of wine that is an excellent value. 

Hints of ripe and sweet pear and lemon are fresh and loaded in terms of the weight of this wine. This is concentrated and elegant with the acidity coming towards the end. This is incredibly reasonably priced because of it's mouthcoating texture and elegance.

From the Producer: A light bodied, low alcohol, high wire wine swaying in the space between acidity and sweetness. Lemons, peaches and limes.

This unoaked chardonnay is zesty and leesy. Orchard fruits and pear and apple with lemon curd greet the taster. The palate is ripe with yellow apple, bosc pear and round vanilla like notes. From the Producer: Clean, crisp, luscious. Night blooming jasmine, tropical guava, starfruit, lychee, and key lime with stone fruit undertones. Palate: Juicy yet zesty, lithe and bright with silky, creamy texture. Medium body, lingering finish with hints of honeydew melon, limestone dust, and saline.

Richer aromas include pears and tree fruits; the richness is balanced on the palate by fresh acid, more orchard fruit and a kiss of citrus and florality.

Aromas are clean and minerally, with citrus, peach, and apple notes. Pear, lemon and a chalky minerality dominate the flavors, with white fig and salty notes chiming in. The palate is medium bodied or more, and the finish is long.

This is a lean styled Kabinett with fresh and bright flavors like peach, nectarine and apricot. The acidity is succulent and refreshing with the fruit coming through on the palate as well. This is off-dry and perfect for summer picnic's.

Aromas of pear and apple continue through onto the palate, joining with flint, minerality, citrus and quince. This is medium weight with integrated acidity, succulence and freshness.

On the nose tropical, melon rind, white grapes and fresh-cut grass. On the palate it is fresh and structured yet creamy but cut, with notes of lime blossom, key lime, melons and green pear with a medium finish. Great on its own or with food.

A bigger and rounder style for a wine from the Basque Country. Clean aromatics that smell like the ocean with citrus, apricot, beeswax, and fresh herbs. The palate is like fresh lime juice, parsley from the garden and a rounder mouthfeel that reminds you of stonefruit and minerality. This could be drunk by itself or with food.

Cheerful aromas of peach, melon, and a touch of florality. The palate is somewhere between dry and off-dry, with moderate acidity providing juiciness and structure. Flowers and ripe stone fruits (apricot, apple, glazed nectarine) make up the bulk of the flavors. This full-bodied wine offers some richness and succulence with its lightly honeyed texture, yet it stays bright and offers complexity with touches of wet wool and savory notes. Pair with spicy Thai food, highly-seasoned fish or chicken, or creamy casseroles.

Sharp aromas of fleshy fruits (acid pineapple, apricot and peach) with a light vegetable background. Significant volume in the mouth, unctuous, saline, contained acidity and subtle finish.

From the producer: "Delicate shades of lemon yellow open this Silvaner in the glass. Its bouquet is shy, elegant and decisive, recounting a tale of newly cut grass, quince, licorice, fennel seeds, fenugreek and an energizing freshness. Made in a dry style, the wine’s moderate acidity delivers racy refreshment. A medium-bodied Silvaner that walks a remarkable tightrope between juicy fruit flavors and an elegant bitterness. The resulting wine is both incredibly versatile and food-friendly. Smoky aromas, savory fruits and a fine salinity mark the long, beautiful finish."

Aromatics of fresh green herbs, white pepper, spring peas and green melon introduce this wine. The palate is medium weight with good density for a Gruner Veltliner. Flavors of peach, grapefruit, pomelo, citrus, chalk, and minerality provide an array of tasty notes. The texture is quite round but with juicy acidity providing freshness. It ends with hints of tropical fruit and barrel influence.

Nicely fragrant with apple, stone fruit and tropical aromas. The palate has good concentration and richness with apricot, lemon meringue, and pineapple notes. Chalky minerality lingers on the finish.

Soft and ripe yellow apple greet the drinker with floral notes and good intensity of lemon, nectarine and pear as well. The palate is similar to it's aromas but is medium in body with medium acidity and mineral flinty note that reminds us of a good Macon with a touch more fruit and floral concentration.

Aromas of blackberry, plum, and light smoke. The body follows and is well balanced, rather smooth with medium weight.

This wine is fragrant as soon as the cork leaves the bottle! The aromas are beautifully integrated, with plum, bramble, small dark fruits, and dried herbs including oregano and sage. Tannins have softened with some age and are doing just what they should be, allowing the flavor elements to show off. Dark berries, plums, and herbal elements dance. Medium bodied with a longer finish.

Aromas are complex, with smoke, raspberry compote, red currant candy, chocolate, and spice. The palate offers a variety of red berry fruit, lightly cooked so it releases juice. Black cherry and cassis are also present, along with toast, baking spice, and mineral notes. The wine is medium to full bodied with moderate acid and youthful tannins that will meld with age.

Lively notes of mixed currants and smoke that show on the palate as well. There is more blackberry seeds and blueberry on the palate but the tartness from the gamay balances the medium tannin structure. Additional flavors of earth, chocolate and dark fruit develops with some natural rusticity. There is some fresh minerality that threads throughout this wine and makes this wine very fresh.

From the producer: Blackberry, bacon, graphite, blueberry, rose. With the 2021 vintage, I have reverted to the intrinsic character of my first Côtes du Rhône from 1997 to 2000. This intense, energetic Syrah with its crimson hue is fresh with ‘espressivo cantabile’ aromas of red berry fruits and a rounded palate.

This bold red features rich, smoky black fruits such as currants and blackberries along with graphite, dark chocolate, toast, black pepper and singed herbs. It is full-bodied with velvety tannins and integrated acidity.

Lifted and rich red fruits of black cherry and wild strawberry for Gamay, along with earthy notes (wet stone, fresh herbs) dominating the aromas. The palate offers plum, black raspberry and ripe pomegranate along with plenty of minerality and touches of bramble, baking spice, graphite and black tea. Crisp acidity and fine tannins make it a wonderful food companion. If you wanted to branch out from Pinot Noir, this is your wine.

Opulent aromas include blackberry, raspberry, and cassis balanced by touches of bramble, vanilla and dark chocolate. This broad-textured wine has a long finish with notes of baking spice and fruits echoing the aromas.

Aromas are big, smoky, and spicy with blackberry, dark chocolate, and a hint of licorice. The palate has a nice lift and acidity, with flavors that match the aromas, including the pepper and blackberry. Medium plus in body with a persistent finish. The wine spends a year in American and French oak, with a further four months in bottle.

Made in an Old World style with moderate extraction, this wine displays a balance of complex aromatics and flavors including plenty of ripe black fruits and candied fruits along with hints of sandalwood and earth.

Complex aromas of wild berries, red fruits, leather and spices (vanilla, pepper, clove), with hints of ripe blackberry. On the palate this medium-bodied wine has flavors of cherry, pomegranate, floral notes and crushed rocks. The finish is long.

Aromas of red and black cherry, spice and cocoa. On the palate notes of blackberries, black pepper, cherry and plums are supported by the fine tannins. This medium-plus body wine is elegant with a silky texture.

This is such an appealing wine with aromas darker fruit than the last vintage with black fruits (currants, boysenberry, and blueberry) with a touch of florality spring from the nose of unique Mediterranean grape. The wine is medium weight with red and purple fruits, plums, blueberries and rose petals. It is fresh, unique, appealing, fragrant, food-friendly, soft and accessible. The tannins are light to medium weight with crisp acidity.

Spicy, fruity aromas of red cherry and currant with a bit of darker fruit. While fleshy and red-fruited, the palate offers the acidity and bitterness typical of many Italian reds as well as some pepper and figs.

Aromas of warm earth, black currant, and dark cherries invite you in to this Rhone classic. Fuller-bodied with refreshing acidity to balance on the palate. More ripe dark fruit notes include cooked berries and some savory warm earth flavors with touches of dark chocolate and smoke.

Aromas of Morello cherries, cherry candy, ripe strawberry, tomato leaf/tobacco, and plum. The fruit is backed up by an array of savory components--earth, white pepper, herb stems--in the mouth alongside Birch beer and cola notes. It is medium weight with soft tannins; acidity provides most of the structure.

The flavors fan out from a push of fresh acidity, with savory olive and five-spice details weaving in, ending with bold tannins and nice length. Low sulfur, natural, Tempranillo, biodynamic

Complex old world aromas dominate the nose which touches of rose, sandalwood, leather and smoke all infused with small red fruits like pomegranate narils and red cherry or cherry compote. The palate is lovely with silky tannin structure with the complexity being more subtle than the nose suggested. There is more red cherry but not as ripe and presenting some savory notes of dusty earth and minerality.  This is worth the price and has invigorating fruit with thorough tannins throughout.

This red fruited Dolcetto is a classic, well-made example. Wild red berries, herbs and hints of orange combine with crisp acidity and moderate tannins to give a wine with balance that's a great partner at the table. The fruit is bright and fresh with a hint of cooked plums, licorice and light spice chiming in.

Attractive red jam fruits are still dry in this Zinfandel-based wine which has nice purity and finesse, as well as velvety tannins. It has medium acidity or even more, giving it good balance. There's plenty of flavor here, including a little brambly note.

In Sheep's Clothing delivers a ripeness of fruit flavors while preserving the acidity that gives the medium to full-bodied wine a sense of freshness. With layers of cassis, blueberries, and black cherries, this wine lends to a New World style of fruit with more of an Old World structure with a hint of wood smoke. This wine fully embraces an integral part of classic Cabernet Sauvignon by highlighting a complex blend of dried herbs: anise, thyme and bay leaf.

Aromas of cherry, strawberry, raspberry, and light earth unfold from the glass. On the palate, fruit flavors of cherry, raspberry and red plum mingle with a light herbal note. The wine is medium-bodied, nicely ripe and slightly rounded, yet clean, pure and fresh. It’s particularly refreshing for summer sipping!

This aromatic, aged wine offers delicious and complex aromas of ripe black cap raspberries, plums, cassis, dark chocolate, espresso, woodsiness and earth. The palate gives some tertiary flavors of balsamic, fall fruit compote, prunes, espresso, black pepper, tobacco, forest floor, black trumpets, worn leather, and pastry crust; dusty tannins provide structure.

Strawberry rhubarb jam and black cherry with warm earth and wood spice start the bouquet of this wine. It is texturally soft and supple with clove and black pepper mixing with mocha and cooked raspberry.

Earthy, savory aromas lead to a palate supported by fine tannins and red fruit. Strawberry coulis, red raspberry, and smokey tea notes round out the palate of the supple, medium-bodied wine.

This wine is complex with tertiary notes that layer with wood spice, touches of earth, dried mushrooms, plums and black cherries. The palate echoes the aromas with savory flavors that support its structure making it a lovely wine for just sipping or pairing with food. This wine has medium acidity on its medium frame and it plush without being rich. 

A very savory and rustic nose with aromas to that of barnyard and horse stable. The palate is very integrated with dark fruit and super fine tannins with medium acidity. There is nothing stopping the fruitiness of this wine, because it is aged partly in cerement and terracotta.

Rustic aromas of warm earth, barn, worn leather, and herbs complement ripe red fruits (cranberry, red currant and cooked strawberry) on the nose. More red fruit on the palate is supported by fresh acid and integrated tannins providing a pleasing mouthfeel. Touches of spice and earthy minerals round out the finish.

Aromas of red berries, barrel smoke and fresh herbs are repeated in the mouth, joined by leather and pepper. The texture is wonderful! Tannins are rounded and supportive in this medium-plus bodied wine.

The nose presents cherries, cranberries, herbs, flowers, and coffee. The palate follows with herbs, black pepper, black cherries, and basil. This is definitely a cool weather wine, the body is medium structured and all around delicate.

This cote du rhone presents aromas of smoke, dark fruit, and spice. Medium plus in body, with dark fruit, black currants, blackberries, dark chocolate, and wonderfully rounded tannins.

Deep, rich color and a classic Cabernet Franc nose of cherry, spice, earth, and black pepper. Fresh black berry, blueberry, black cherry fruits with black pepper, potting soil, and light smoke are the dominant flavors. Medium to medium plus in body, tannin, and acidity.

Strawberry, cranberry, red cherry and some smoke aromatics. The palate is structured with medium plus tannins, medium acid and medium body with flavors like black pepper, plum, and currants.

Bright red and black fruits with mineral and barrel elements. The palate is medium plus with juicy acid and dusty tannins. The flavors are strawberry, red cherry, raspberry with milk chocolate and well-integrated minerality.

This is a savory wine with structure and black fruit. There are tar-like earth aromas and floral notes with classic red cherry, raspberry and plum. The palate is not tart but has good cool-climate acidity; it is medium weight with medium-plus tannins. There is some minerality on the palate and is a classic example of cool climate yet ripe Vespolina.

This does not use carbonic maceration or added sulfur, yet it remains fragrant, clean, and juicy. Aromatically there are red raspberries, cooked strawberries and seeds. The palate is nicely juicy with integrated tannins giving a nice mouthfeel. The wine is medium bodied with medium plus acidity and red cherry skin and strawberry coulis with minerality. It is clean, juicy and full of fraise du bois. 

Aromas are lightly smoky with black fruits and savory herbs. This wine is just over medium bodied, offering flavors of black cherry, blackberry, tea, dried herbs, black pepper, and sandalwood—interesting and different

Dark berries, woodsy and smoky notes that is deep and dark. This smells like walking through a forest. There is a strong tobacco note with integrated fume, roses, blueberry jam, blackcaps and rhubarb. The aromas and the palate are "slightly piercing" as MP said. The macerated red fruit lingers on the finish but stays very medium bodied with medium acidity.  From the Producer: Intensive ruby red with purple nuances. Black is a very good representation of Plavac mali variety. On the nose, You can find a lot of cherry and plum scents, as well as some Mediterranean spice such as thyme or oregano. On the palate, it is a full-bodied fruity red, with notes of Forrest-Fruit, and some nice vanilla aftertaste. It is well paired with various meat dishes, but also some traditional blue fish grilled dishes. Very long-lasting spicy finish.

This unique wine that is 100% local Piedirosso variety is ruby red in color color with purple reflections, that smell like violets, wild flowers, spices, black pepper and flint. This well integrated wine is juicy, balanced and elegant on the palate, with a savory finish earth, tobacco and inky. The fruit that develops is black cherry and cassis with singed spices. This wine is unique and staff favorite.

From the Winemaker: "Sabbie di Sutta Cerasuolo di Vittoria has a lively cherry-red color and an intense aroma of red fruit and floral notes. Its smooth, full and harmonious taste pairs very well with many traditional Sicilian recipes and the typical flavors of the Mediterranean cuisine. This red wine is a blend of Nero d'Avola and Frappato grapes grown on sandy soils in the Vittoria area, a corner of Sicily that smells like Africa, situated just a few miles from the southernmost tip of the Italian peninsula."

A perfect by-the-glass solution for any kind of meal, the 2021 Ceretto Dolcetto can be paired with a variety of dishes, especially roasted meat, tomato-based pasta dishes and creamy cheese. With delectable nuances of ripe cherries, rose petal and soft balsamic notes in the nose, the wine’s delicate aromas are balanced by a good tannic structure on the palate that invites one to take sip-after-sip.

A rich garnet red in color. The nose offers blackcurrant and blueberry with hints of green pepper and balsamic flavors. Fluid with a full flavor, it’s juicy in the mouth with firm, finely grained tannins and a relatively solid character.

The nose is rich with concentrated black cherry, vanilla, baking spices, and blackberries. The body follows with loads of fruit and spice; for all the fruit, it is not too heavy, it has a pleasant medium weight.

This Beaujolais presents aromas of Earth and forest floor with plenty of dark fruits. The palette follows with a fresh minerality, dark cherries, and sleek acidity. The limestone terroir adds to this complex presentation of Gamay.

Pretty aromas of red fruit and flowers, think of red currants, pomegranates, red cherries and violets. It has medium weight on the plate with medium acidity. The flavors are similar to the nose with pomegranate dominating with additional dried herbs, lavender and raspberry.

Notes of tart red berries, raspberry and cherry, savory thyme with the lightest touch of fresh violets. Medium body, very fresh, crisp and food friendly.

The nose expresses elegant aromas of orange blossoms, soft white fruit, light smoke, and short bread cookies. On the palate a clean, mineral quality accompanies black cherry, strawberry, orange peel and damson plum.

Lighter aromas include strawberry, watermelon, and pink grapefruit.  Juicy watermelon, peach, and pomegranate flavors are supported by fresh acid in this delicious dry rose.

This is light garnet in color with scents of mushrooms, red berries and orange zest notes. The palate has more strawberry, fresh red cherry and red cherry candy with nice structure and lively tannins that seems petillant. The palate has slight funk, dry earth and medium body with medium acidity.

Aromas are soft and subtle with touches of nectarine and wet stones. The palate has more powerful ripe strawberry, raspberry, and peach flavors. It's fuller bodied with a rounded mouthfeel and crisp acidity to balance the ripeness, leading to a long lemon finish.

This Coteaux d’Aix-en-Provence Rosé echoes white fruits and pêche de vigne but also delicate herbal notes of tarragon, bergamot and lime flower. Refreshing on the palate, lifted by a tang of fresh ginger.

This recent additional to our cava lineup has bosc pear and yellow apple with light toasty notes that mix with an underlining floral aspect. The palate is slightly rounded with beeswax, wet stone and lemon rind. The palate does deliver more fruit like peach and quince with a mineral note lingering.

This starts with classic Riesling aromas, including pear, apricot and light minerality. The palate is rich, creamy and well-balanced. Flavors of green apple, pear, and light florality come together on the off dry palate, leading to a long finish.

This wine is sweetly aromatic, offering strawberry, raspberry, and a touch of orange peel. In the mouth, it is slightly frizzante, tingly fresh and dry, with juicy strawberry and dried herb notes as well as a touch of yeast Inness. Bright acidity provides lovely freshness. Because the wine is unfined and unfiltered, expect some sediment.

This is very minerally and clean with a lovely, vibrant frothiness. The fruit is subtle, enhanced by a leesiness from aging 20 months in bottle.

Lifted an elegant on the palate, this prosecco offers soft peach, lemon/lime and honeysuckles notes. Medium-weight and refreshing with lingering minerality.

This sparkler offers nectarine, apricot and lemon curd notes that are nicely creamy and ripe. It is medium in weight, with refreshing lemon/lime flavors lingering on the long finish.

Gorgeous pink color with a nose of raspberry, ripe strawberry and cherry aromas. The perfume is gorgeous and yet, has a delicacy to it. This wine is ultra-elegant with pinpoint bubbles and finesse. The fruit is ripe and red fruited--raspberry, cherry, pomegranate, strawberry, cranberry--all the reds!  It is dry and minerally, yet generous with its fruit. Such balance means that your bottle will quickly disappear!

Aromatically, vibrant notes of New York State fruits like red apples and strawberry join with herbs and rose petals as well as exotic scents of cantaloup and pomegranate. Flavors on the palate echo the nose with the addition of white cherry and lemon curd. This sparkling wine is clean and mineral-driven with a kiss of sweetness on entry; it rounds out nicely through the fleshy, pretty finish. 

The aromas are more subtle and muted than the palate but does smell like it is grown on volcanic soil because it is very mineral driven. There is also white raspberry and wild strawberry aromas as well. The palate is clean, fresh and ripe with rhubarb, tart strawberry and champagne currants.

A subtle and soft sake but with complex rounded flavors. A wonderful one for sipping by itself. The nose on this flavorful Daiginjo is a collection of cherry, mango, tropical fruit, powder sugar and Marigold elements. It is supremely smooth and soft in a Kyoto water kind of way, and there is a very sublime flavor of pear, apple, and powdered sugar. 

A fruity nose of lime and melon with bold hints of fennel, white pepper and allspice. The flavors gravitate to ripe cantaloupe and anise while the minerality from the soft water is evident in the finish. This vibrant showstopper is beautifully soft and feminine, brewed by one of Japan's only female brewery owners and tojis. Brewed in Hiroshima, the birthplace of Ginjo sake, which is known for remarkably soft water that requires expert skill to use in sake production. Once mastered, it enables a highly controlled, precise fermentation, resulting in vibrant fruit aromas. This Junmai Ginjo is bottled immediately without charcoal filtering.

Off all of South Hill ciders this one has more earthy and woodsy aromas. It begins with minerality and apple blossom with tart granny smith acid. The palate has a touch of honey and bitter grapefruit mingle with crisp tannins and long finish. 

A champagne method style cider with  a moderate bouquet of blueberry and blackcurrant and blackcap notes, yellow soft baked apple and some lime zest. The palate is semi-dry and crisp with soft tannin structure there is some ripe peach flavor and cherry pit. There is a distinctive crab apple grip to the finish and is tart and approachable. 

Chamomile, honeycomb, hay, and green tea on the nose. The palate follows with savory white tea and refreshing tartness, nectarines, apple skins, tannins, and prosecco like texture and finish. Medium bodied and well balanced.

This is done with wild yeast fermentation and is done in a pet nat style. There is some sweetness to this cider, which keeps it balanced because there is honeyed notes mingling with herbs and soft ripe apple.

Maplejack Liqueur starts as an apple brandy made from New York State apples. It is aged in oak barrels and sweetened with local maple syrup. Aromas of caramel and mulled cider greet you. The palate is round, with just a touch of sweetness from the maple syrup

Brown baking spices of cardamom and cloves, ginger, along with cola and sassafras. Sweet with an herby bitterness (wood and sage)

Tart lemon juice and zest on the nose with fresh and not sweet flavors on the palate. This is a lighter style and not cloying but pleasantly fresh.

A lovely way to end a meal or enjoy cool weather. A sip of this elixir gives notes of baking spices, warm apple pie, butterscotch, toffee, honey and quinine. This is elegant and lightly sweet. You'll enjoy the warming feeling and the smile that comes to your face as you contemplate life next to the fire.

Citrus, mint, leather, yellow apple and apricot jump from the glass. The  medium-weight palate delivers rounded texture with golden fruity sweetness and bright malt, vanilla, yellow raisin, apricot and white chocolate flavors. This is easy drinking and fun.

This alpine liquor is incredibly complex and contradictory. The aromatics deliver similar gin like notes with, coriander, mint, lemon, cilantro, sage and black pepper. When the palate hits the taster it is nothing like you expect, there is lychee, birch beer, marshmallow, forest floor, white pepper, and so much fresh green cues. This of things like fresh grass in the summer, parsley, roasted marshmallow and white pepper that are all very smooth and almost sweet.

Hints of citrus bark underscored by the freshness of menthol and balsamic notes. Almond and stone fragrances dominate the slightly bitter citrus base and bring balance to our lively and fine dry Vermouth de Chambéry.

This sweet vermouth is halfway to amaro territory, offering lovely brown spices (cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, clove) along with medicinal and menthol notes, cherry candy, orange and sage. This vermouth is balanced between a dry and a white in its sweetness level making this a very versatile white vermouth. There are aromas of citrus and teaberry with floral chamomile and Mediterranean herbs. The palate shows similar flavors to the aromas but adds orange, clove, marmalade and apricot with a faint melon rind quality that makes this irresistible.

Notes of mandarin orange, marmalade, and tangerine combine with white flowers in the glass. Despite being a little cloudy (it's unfiltered) the flavors are clean and precise - morphing into orange blossom on the palate.
