The nose opens with lemon oil, juicy peaches, and a slight stoniness. Starfruit, lime juice, and crunchy starfruit add to the palate, followed by a granny smith note that coats the mouth. Crisp acidity to finish.

A rounded style of French Sauvignon Blanc with apple, pear, lemon, citrus and minerality. This shares a balance betwen concentration and lightness.

This delicious red opens with deep aromas of leather, cigar box and red fruit. Plush flavors of blackberry, black cherry, and pomegranate lend a touch of fruit sweetness that is a nice counterpoint to the soft, chewy tannins.

Aromas of dark berries (black cherries, black raspberries), black plum and toasty oak. On the palate this medium-plus body wine has flavors of mixed berries with mulling spices, vanilla, violets and minerality.  The acidity keeps the wine fresh and juicy, with medium tannins and  hints of mocha on the finish.

Aromas of cherry, crushed raspberries, minerals and flowers, show good typicity for Pinot. The dry palate is elegant, with more cherry fruit, a bit of toast, tea leaves, smoke and meatiness. Smooth and medium-bodied, the wine has moderate acidity that complements rather than obscures the abundant cherry and black currant fruit.

From the Producer: Red and black berry notes with underlying black pepper, smoked bacon, and hints of tar and star anise. Medium to full-bodied with well rounded tannins and a fresh line of acidity. Well structured with great length.

This Southern Rhône blend shows great density and depth, with blackberry, kirsch, black raspberry, Asian spices, violets and bramble. While generous, red wines from Cairanne always present a certain refreshing character and finesse, and this wine is no exception.

Interesting aromas of purple fruits, plums & cherries, with brambly, minerally notes. The palate is dry & youthful with crunchy red fruits, black raspberries, leather and distinctive notes of red licorice as well as bittersweet cocoa powder. This wine can be drunk now or enjoy over the next 3 years.

Aromas of raspberry, strawberry with bramble.  On the palate this is a full body wine, ripe, with mulling spices and baking spice, structuring acidity with a soft and round mouthfeel.  This wine is not rich although it has Christmas spices, it is fresh style. 

Aromas are smoky with a bit of earth and burnt sugar, mulberry, cassis red fruits, and something wildly Alpine and foresty. The palate is juicy and fresh, with wild berry flavors, spiced plum, cloves, herbal notes, and a slight herbaceousness. Moderate acidity and tannins. This is a wine with soul, medium bodied with a long finish.

This instantly likeable Beaujolais displays darker fruits and more body than one might expect from Gamay. It is quite saturated for the genre; in fact, it has enough black currants to even call it inky! Notes of minerality, cinnamon and black pepper add complexity to this smooth and vibrant wine.

Grapes from this wine are dried for 15 days before pressing in order to concentrate their flavors, then fermented in stainless steel. Aromas of figs, dates and grilled plums lead to surprisingly refreshing flavors of dried strawberries, macerated cherries and cooked cranberries with a dab of baking spices and chocolate-covered figs.

Appealing floral scents along with plum, blueberry, black cherry, cherry candy, red licorice and leather will entice you to this Tuscan red. It is medium weight with red and black fruits, florality, black olive and woodsy flavors. This has fine tannins that grow slightly drying on the finish. The acidity allows it to be an excellent food partner.

Aromas of grilled plums, black cherry, cured meat and tobacco jump from the glass. The palate is juicy yet dry with more plum and cherry flavors and a touch of anise, supported by fine tannins and lingering, refreshing acid.

Finca Decero Remolinos Vineyard Malbec 2018 (Agrelo, Mendoza, Argentina) Just over medium in weight with juicy, lifting acidity and rounded tannins, this Malbec offers a combination of savory flavors (sassafras, tree bark) and ripe fruits (dried cherries, figs). It is easy to drink alone and also an excellent food partner.

This is a great, entry-level Finger Lakes red wine value. It is medium weight with flavors of bing cherry, blackberry, and a touch of smoke. This isn't green at all; it has enough ripeness and yet, it stays sleek with fine tannins and medium acidity. A light woodsiness, red cherry and cranberry evolve on the finish.

Straw yellow in color with golden hues. Aromas of apple butter and golden raisin. On the palate this is a refreshing wine with golden apple, biscuit, light toast and medium-size bubbles. It is clean and develops a creamy texture as it sits in the glass.

Sparkling and semi sweet cider with aromas of bosc pear, peach cherry blossom and nectarine. This is a burst of juicy and round ripe fruit with some minerality on the back end. 

This is a medium weight cider that has some, but not too much sweetness. Flavors are light with apple skin, apple juice, peach, a touch of citrus and salt water taffy. It has gentle bubbles, a round, soft texture and a just-right refreshing finish.

Off all of South Hill ciders this one has more earthy and woodsy aromas. It begins with minerality and apple blossom with tart granny smith acid. The palate has a touch of honey and bitter grapefruit mingle with crisp tannins and long finish. 

A champagne method style cider with  a moderate bouquet of blueberry and blackcurrant and blackcap notes, yellow soft baked apple and some lime zest. The palate is semi-dry and crisp with soft tannin structure there is some ripe peach flavor and cherry pit. There is a distinctive crab apple grip to the finish and is tart and approachable. 

This is the funkiest cider we sell with aromas and flavors of baked yellow apple, citrus, a yeasty midpalate and a nutty finish. 

Softer aromas of apricot, quine, bosc pear and hazelnut with some savory tones. This medium style cider tastes of rose peppercorns, worn leather and black cherry. There is a long savory finish with Italian herbs and soft apple notes. 

Aromas of white grapes, champagne currants and some darker fruit as well like blueberry and blackberry. There is a slight savory scent to this cider that also leads into some cherry blossom aromas. The palate is dry with medium acidity. Flavors of toasted walnut, dried herbs and fresh quince and lemon pith. 

Maplejack Liqueur starts as an apple brandy made from New York State apples. It is aged in oak barrels and sweetened with local maple syrup. Aromas of caramel and mulled cider greet you. The palate is round, with just a touch of sweetness from the maple syrup

On the nose, this is a combination of stewed jam, black pepper, medicinal notes, roots and bark. On the palate, it's a mix of sweet cherry and sassafras with twig/roots, black pepper, more earthiness and a light bitterness. Overall, it's less fruity than Aperol.

Hints of citrus bark underscored by the freshness of menthol and balsamic notes. Almond and stone fragrances dominate the slightly bitter citrus base and bring balance to our lively and fine dry Vermouth de Chambéry.
