In this blend, Alvarinho, full of tropical fruit and structure, contrasts with Loureiro, floral and delicate, resulting in a lively yet elegant REGION white wine. A good quality Chardonnay that isn't dominated by oak. The rounded texture is highlighted with vanilla, white nectarine, and subtle white tropical fruit notes.

This Finger Lakes Sauvignon Blanc gives aromas of green melon, green currants, starfruit and florality. It is medium weight, crisp and fresh with melon, green pear, green apple, pink grapefruit, sweet lime, lime pith, starfuit and parsley notes.

Aromas of macchia, a blend of evergreen shrubs and herbs common to the Sardinian landscape, on the nose. The Costamolino is the quintessential Sardinian Vermentino with hints of pine and mint coupled with ripe stone fruit and sweet citrus. This wine is aromatic and crisp. There is white nectarine, lemon and lime with wet stone, orange blossom and green apple. The palate delivers this as well as pink grapefruit, tropical fruit like kiwi and pineapple, honeysuckle and peach. This is medium acidity and moderate alcohol and delicious!

Amandla, meaning “power within us” in the local Zulu dialect, is a truly one-of-a-kind venture. The South African wine business is entirely run by Black women, and their delicious wines celebrate the vibrancy of Black culture. The nose shows gooseberry, grapefruit pith, pink grape fruit, and papaya.

Aromas are subtle but abundant with pineapple, soft vanilla, and some apple. The palate has a round mouthfeel with well-balanced acidity. The flavors are dominated by pear and apple, almond notes, and touches of coconut. The wine is minerally on the finish with medium range texture.

This drinkable wine has lime pith, lemon zest and some petrol aromas that tell you it is lean and crisp. The palate delivers wet stone and crunchy green pear with fresh acidity and long clean finish.

The palate is medium plus in body with the fragrance continuing -- honeysuckle, jasmine, tropical citrus, and candied orchard fruits are lovely and balanced. This is a slightly effervescent and aromatic wine from grapes grown in the Mosel. This NA wine is refreshing, crisp, and very easy to drink while maintaining the complexity that the wines from Selbach are known for.

Aromas are clean and minerally, with citrus, peach, and apple notes. Pear, lemon and a chalky minerality dominate the flavors, with white fig and salty notes chiming in. The palate is medium bodied or more, and the finish is long.

This low alcohol wine has a place at your table, with tart tropical fruit, lime and grapefruit and some minerality. The palate is lightly chalky and refreshing with clean acidity and a light sparkle.

This wine begins with notes of fennel mixed with apple and pear. It is medium weight on the palate, crystal-clear, fresh and clean with subtle fruitiness of pear, nectarine, and apple (both green and yellos). This white blend offers plenty of minerality and some leesiness which gives it a slightly rounded texture despite its high acidity. Green tropical fruit such as kiwi, starfruit and gooseberry, with a savory aspect similar to tomato leaf. There is the classic scent of white grapefruit peel but does deliver a rounder and almost creamy texture on the palate with nice density of ripe yellow fruits like donut peaches and pineapple. This is medium bodied with a soft texture. From the producer: Remarkably aromatic with pleasant flower and fruit fragrances recalling the flower of the vine and the fruit of the Sauvignon. On the palate it reveals a freshness and vivacity characteristic of grapes harvested at good maturity. This is very New Zealand in style with wet stone, citrus pith, and white grape juice. There is additional gooseberry, starfruit and white peach on the palate with some lime and a nice slightly savory finish. This wine holds some classic sauvignon blanc notes with additional stone fruit and white grape juice.

This appassimento wine uses dried grapes to concentrate the flavors. It is soft and supple in texture with velvety tannins on a medium frame. Stewed black and red fruits are accompanied by light tobacco and spice and a touch of smoke. Notes of blackberry, black cherries, and dates follow through to spices and dried herbs on the finish.

A medium bouquet of red currants and cherries with cooked or concentrated raspberries and earth. The palate is sleek and supple with cherry, soil and plum. This wine is super fresh and yet deep with very fine and complex tannins and structure.

An Italian wine from the Marche area with good flavor and texture, beautifully balanced by integrated acidity and tannins. This gives the Sangiovese grape the chance to express its pure red cherry and plum character and a delicately spiced finish. Smooth, ripe and fresh this will accompany a Pasta al Ragù just perfectly.”

This bold red features rich, smoky black fruits such as currants and blackberries along with graphite, dark chocolate, toast, black pepper and singed herbs. It is full-bodied with velvety tannins and integrated acidity.

Rich yet medium-bodied, offering an exciting bouquet of berry, oak, earth and spice notes, with bold streaks of blueberry, raspberry, mocha and floral flavors. It finishes with an aftertaste of anise and cherries.

This is a powerful style of Bordeaux that also retains elegance and finesse. On the palate you will find rich ripe plum, raspberries, blackcurrant, ripe cherries, and showcasing subtle cedar notes, and baking spice. This is a delicious wine with integrated fruit and spice with a velvety texture and long finish. The palate showcases older oak, raspberry jam, leather and black pepper with a slight dark chocolate note.

Aromas reminiscent of the Old World with a fresh spin; think tart red fruit, minerality, forest floor, wood spice and a savory character. On the palate it has more New World flavors: blackberry, vanilla, baking spice, and bittersweet cocoa. It is complex, supple, and tasty.

This deeply colored wine offers powerful aromas of mulberry, mocha, sweet wood, and damson plum. In the mouth, it is juicy with moderate plus acidity. Secondary flavors of licorice, black cherry, chocolate, lead, blueberry and a touch of black pepper. The Zorzal Malbec is well-integrated and extremely enjoyable.

Medium aromas high toned raspberry and strawberry in addition to some white and black cracked peppercorns. Aromas of Morello cherries, cherry candy, ripe strawberry, tomato leaf/tobacco, and plum. The fruit is backed up by an array of savory components--earth, white pepper, herb stems--in the mouth alongside Birch beer and cola notes. It is medium weight with soft tannins; acidity provides most of the structure.

This is a very aromatic wine, with fresh dark cherries and plums and a touch of pepper and bark. In the mouth, this is juicy, fruity (raspberries, figs, plums), and well structured by round tannins. Low sulfur, natural, Tempranillo, biodynamic

Don't let the pale color fool you, this wine is flavorful and complex. Aromatics of Bing cherries, strawberry, cranberry and dusty cedar with some black pepper and geranium. This wine is medium bodied at best with rhubarb, raspberry tea, faded cherry, pressed roses and savory herbs with a long a delicate and mellow finish. This is consistently a staff favorite!

This ripe smelling merlot gives notes of black cherry and blackberry with balsamic and barrel influence with a bit of tobacco. The flavors are also noticeably riper with lush black cherry, savory herbs and dried earth with some crushed blueberry.

This aromatic wine gives cherry and strawberry, fruit leather, spiced and cooked cherries with pomegranate juice, blood orange and some incense notes. The palate has a bit of mulling spices and a touch of dehydrated fruit with good balance, easy texture and a velvety smoky finish.

This wine begins with aromas of flowers, potpourri, dates, and figs. In the mouth, these translate to flavors, joined by lavender and black cap raspberries. This medium- to fuller-bodied southern Italian red reflects its warm, Mediterranean roots.

This medium bodied Bordeaux has lovely minerality combined with plum fruit and black raspberry notes. The texture is finely tannined with fresh acidity lifting the flavors. There's good purity here, unadulterated by wood notes. This makes a great food partner for medium weight foods -- a red that can be enjoyed with white meats such as chicken and pork.

Aromas of ripe black cherry and blackcurrant aromas are dominant but there is the essence of smoke. There are flavors of fleshy, juicy blackberry and overripe carnelian cherry with some notes of dried prune. The aftertaste is juicy and round, with firm and ripe but dry tannin at the end.

Deep ruby red color with purplish flashes. The bouquet on the nose is very intense, fruity and flowery, with typical aromas of red fruits, juniper berries, plum, blackberry, and tea leaves. Quite a perfumed pinot noir with cranberry, blood orange, cherry cordial, dusty earth and some herbs. The oak use is judicious making a drinkable wine with strawberries, plums and red currants that meet green peppercorns and sandalwood. This is more concentrated and continues to get deeper and darker as it breathes.

The color is translucent ruby. The nose is generous, with fresh cherry, raspberry and some spices. The palate is round, fresh, crunchy, with a supple and delectable substance, bursting with fruit. The deliciously naughty grip on the finish doesn't help matters: the fruit and freshness go up a notch, as does the gluttony.

This wine spends nine months in oak but we assume it is older oak because the aromas are fresh raspberry, red cherry and plum. The aromas are similar on the palate with additional fine tannins, integrated acid and balanced alcohol.

The wine label is quite appropriate as this rosé gives aromas of strawberry, raspberry and cherry just like the beautiful illustration on the front. On the palate, it is lightly zippy with crisp acidity and a pleasant tartness. Fruit of strawberry, lemon and white raspberry along with light minerality and effervescence are reminiscent of strawberry lemonade. However, don't worry, this wine is completely dry, nicely balanced and very pretty!

Aromas are soft and subtle with touches of nectarine and wet stones. The palate has more powerful ripe strawberry, raspberry, and peach flavors. It's fuller bodied with a rounded mouthfeel and crisp acidity to balance the ripeness, leading to a long lemon finish.

This is a savory style of rose with fresh oregano and rosemary but with balanced fruit like smashed strawberry and raspberry with mineral notes. The palate is interesting succulent with great weight. There are dried herbs, baked raspberry, and well structured to the point where we can tell it clearly well farmed. An excellent value.

Classic strawberry flavors with a touch of pleasant bitterness lead to notes of watermelon, vanilla and a whisper of salinity on the finish.

Aromas are of white flowers, pear, and golden apple.  This Prosecco combines a round and velvety texture with playful acidity that keeps singing throughout the palate.  Flavors of pear, white peach, apricot, and red apple are well balanced and appealing sip after sip.Medium body or more with medium bubbles and just-right fruitiness.

The nose presents ripe fruit aromas of peach, apple, clementine and guava. On the palate, citrus fruit and white peach flavors accompany a slight hint of sweetness. Clean with the right amount of acidity and – of course – tiny bubbles.

This cava is pretty, delicate and very pear forward. The palate is clean and refreshing with light florality, stone fruits, lime zest and citrus pith with some nectarine and herbal notes.

Fresh and clean aromas entice you to this mid weight Prosecco. On the palate, it gives ripe fruit like peach, apricot, apple and light citrus notes. The fruit is generous with a rounded texture and flavors of baked apple, poached pear and guava. This prosecco has fine bubbles, culminating in a friendly approachable apéritif. The elegance of the texture and ripeness levels also make this a great mixer. 

A carbonated Riesling. The nose brings forward rich mandarin and raspberry, well-balanced by carbonation on the palate. The finish is of refreshing lemon zest and cherry blossom. The perfect sparkling for mimosas!

Vibrant and enticing aromas of ripe kiwi, cherry, and subtle notes of honeysuckle.  The mouthfeel is round with delicate bubbles. A touch of almond and sweet peach linger on the finish.  

Sparkling and semi sweet cider with aromas of bosc pear, peach cherry blossom and nectarine. This is a burst of juicy and round ripe fruit with some minerality on the back end. 

Off all of South Hill ciders this one has more earthy and woodsy aromas. It begins with minerality and apple blossom with tart granny smith acid. The palate has a touch of honey and bitter grapefruit mingle with crisp tannins and long finish. 

A champagne method style cider with  a moderate bouquet of blueberry and blackcurrant and blackcap notes, yellow soft baked apple and some lime zest. The palate is semi-dry and crisp with soft tannin structure there is some ripe peach flavor and cherry pit. There is a distinctive crab apple grip to the finish and is tart and approachable. 

What an aromatic cider with golden apple, pear, and plum. The palate is soft and round with great texture and flavors that echo the aromas. This cider is delicious!

This is done with wild yeast fermentation and is done in a pet nat style. There is some sweetness to this cider, which keeps it balanced because there is honeyed notes mingling with herbs and soft ripe apple.

Maplejack Liqueur starts as an apple brandy made from New York State apples. It is aged in oak barrels and sweetened with local maple syrup. Aromas of caramel and mulled cider greet you. The palate is round, with just a touch of sweetness from the maple syrup

On the nose, this is a combination of stewed jam, black pepper, medicinal notes, roots and bark. On the palate, it's a mix of sweet cherry and sassafras with twig/roots, black pepper, more earthiness and a light bitterness. Overall, it's less fruity than Aperol.

Tart lemon juice and zest on the nose with fresh and not sweet flavors on the palate. This is a lighter style and not cloying but pleasantly fresh.

This is a triple distilled Italian grain wheat. The nose has a little bit of spice like black pepper and the palate is round and smooth.

Tangerine, orange oil and savory notes greet you, following with with baked and spiced apples, cantaloupe melon, Mandarin orange and light florality. Toasted walnut and clove flavors provide complexity in this medium weight wine which is overall, clean, bright, and zippy finishing with an herbal touch.
