This Chenin Blanc has a nose suggestive of spring flowers with hints of honeysuckle, all supported by balanced, clean acidity. Floral notes open to a mid-palate with tropical guava, citrus and melon flavors. The wine finishes dry and lingers long on the palate. 

Medium-bodied, stone fruits and tropical aromas lead to peach and apricot flavors with touches of pear and light florality. The palate is bursting with fruit such as honeydew melon, white peach, apricot, grapefruit pith, that brings juicy acidity. The finish lingers and is medium plus body with floral flavors and almond skin with a waxy and round finish. This wine is a great value!

Tropical aromas and flavors include passionfruit and gooseberry. Round/clean mouthfeel with touches of melon, integrated acidity and a lemon/lime finish.

The nose offers dry flowers and honeysuckle, leading to flavors with an essence of fruits. These include melon and melon rind, lemon, almost-ripe white peach, and green pear. This medium-bodied wine is minerally, refreshing, and clean.

Amandla, meaning “power within us” in the local Zulu dialect, is a truly one-of-a-kind venture. The South African wine business is entirely run by Black women, and their delicious wines celebrate the vibrancy of Black culture. The nose shows gooseberry, grapefruit pith, pink grape fruit, and papaya.

Richer aromas include pears and tree fruits; the richness is balanced on the palate by fresh acid, more orchard fruit and a kiss of citrus and florality.

From the producer: Perfect everyday drinking wine. A youthful fresh wine with quince and pear drop flavours. Earlier picked freshness shows on palate with crunchy green apple and grapefruit flavours.

The grape Pinotage is a cross between Pinot Noir and Cinsault. Aromas include blackberry, black currant and touches of espresso and smoke. This medium-weight wine has juicy blackberry and blueberry notes supported by distinctive and well-integrated liquid smoke flavors. It is nicely balanced with medium acidity and sleek tannins, with mocha lingering on the finish. 

Dark stewed fruit of  blackberry and black currant introduce the wine. Fresh, ripe, and lightly smoky black fruits are balanced with a nice backbone of medium-plus acidity and touches of earth. Raspberry and plum notes emerge with time. This is medium bodied and lifted, making it a flavorful summer red.

Aromas of blackberrry jam, black currant skin, bramble and scorched earth cue up this wine. The palate offers black fruit, integrated smokiness, dark chocolate and savory notes. It is medium plus in body with a few years’ age evident in its silky tannins.

From the producer: For those who do not like it dry, the Graham Beck Bliss Nectar Rosé is a fine excuse for self-indulgence and frivolity.
