Complexity barely scratches the surface with this wine, it smells like lychee, rose turkish delight, golden raisins, ginger, and apricot. The wine has a slightly amber tone because of some skin contact. Lush texture with good complexity and density with the depth of flavors delivering nuts, high toned flowers, hazelnut, white tea and sunjewel melon. As the wine lingers there are secondary notes of browned butter and toasted seasame with some burnt orange.

Bright and juicy aromas of apple, lemon, pear and apricot. Clean, pure, juicy and complex with more creamy texture and ripe full flavor. The beautifully round texture of this wine showcases flavors of Golden Delicious apple, creamy lees, and lemon oil with less mineral qualities than the previous vintage.

From the producer: "Circle Riesling is meant to be a quintessential example of Finger Lakes Riesling; a touch of residual sugar to bring out the rich orchard fruit flavors without overwhelming the lemon zest and citrus that make it crisp and refreshing to drink. "

The nose opens with lemon oil, juicy peaches, and a slight stoniness. Starfruit, lime juice, and crunchy starfruit add to the palate, followed by a granny smith note that coats the mouth. Crisp acidity to finish.

This estate-grown Cayuga Lake Pinot Gris begins with aromas of stone fruits, both fresh and baked.  The palate is medium to full in weight, creamy and rich with ripe orchard fruits like pear, apple and apricot. The wine is just barely dry with bright acidity to balance it.

Vibrant aromas with notes of lemon/lime, stone fruits and a chalky/confectionary minerality. Ripe on the palate with nectarines, white peach, lemon pith and starfruit. Refreshing acidity is balanced by a round leesy finish.

Fruity, floral aromas and flavors of opal apples, cherry blossoms and apricot, with a supple, tangy, medium body and a polished and engaging long finish with shades of golden kiwi, ripe peach, pineapple, sultry with a long finish. The flavors seem honeyed with ugly fruit, cantaloupe and starfruit that is juicy sweet and very drinkable.

Stone, honeydew melon, citrus and white pepper aromas lead to kiwi and citrus peel with touches of white pepper along with classic Finger Lakes minerality and more melon notes. Clean with moderate acidity and nice roundness, lemon-lime flavors persist on the finish.

This is a classic and well-made Gewurztraminer from a cool vintage. Aromas of lychee, ginger skin, and honeysuckle greet the nose of this medium-bodied wine and carry through to the bright and flavorful palate where lychee, white flowers, ginger, pear, and light brown spices add complexity. It is dry with integrated acidity and round texture.

Freshly grated lime zest greet the taster with pear, apple and wet stone minerality. The magic occurs on the palate with almost off-dry flavors of ripe peach, apricot, sundew melon, marzipan and yellow plum. The acidity is medium plus with a medium bodied frame that tastes riper than the aromas suggest.

The wine presents aromas of peach, citrus, apricot pit, petrol and wet stone. On the palate, honeyed pear, peach and citrus combine with citrus and wet slate for a dry, minerally finish.

Lovely, beautiful wine that is not over-the-top. Floral, nectarine and almond are gentle and elegant.

Aromas of white donut peach, apricot, creamy and light floral notes. Like previous vintages this is an enticing and subtle wine with some underripe pineapple flavors, white pepper, clean and bright lemon that equates with medium plus acidity and moderate mouthfeel.

This Finger Lakes Sauvignon Blanc gives aromas of green melon, green currants, starfruit and florality. It is medium weight, crisp and fresh with melon, green pear, green apple, pink grapefruit, sweet lime, lime pith, starfuit and parsley notes.

Light aromas of wet stone/talc, stone fruits and white flowers on the nose. The medium-bodied palate offer peach and nectarine, minerals, and a touch of bitterness to balance the ripe fruit.

Classic Muscat aromas include jasmine, white peach and pink grapefruit.  Ripe stone-fruit, rosewater and lime-aid flavors on the palate are supported by a pleasant and balanced sweetness.

Notes of flint and petrol lend way to a fuller-bodied, fruit-forward style of riesling. It is round with good density, well-integrated acidity, and bright, juicy fruit flavors of peach, apricot, pineapple, and mango. A great value!

This unoaked Chardonnay is medium weight and gives lovely orchard fruit aromas and flavors from a warm vintage. It has golden apple and bosc pear notes with a hint of citrus and pineapple. The texture has just the right amount of creaminess and concentration, giving a soft, silky mouthfeel. It deftly balances concentration with fresh acidity, making it perfect for drinking on its own or versatile with food.

Aromatics of fresh green herbs, white pepper, spring peas and green melon introduce this wine. The palate is medium weight with good density for a Gruner Veltliner. Flavors of peach, grapefruit, pomelo, citrus, chalk, and minerality provide an array of tasty notes. The texture is quite round but with juicy acidity providing freshness. It ends with hints of tropical fruit and barrel influence.

Honeyed and floral aromas bloom from this dry crisp mead. Lightly weighted but with good density holding it up, this mead has a very long finish, leaving chamomile, spring flowers, citrus fruit, and a piquant honey taste on the palate.

Dark, rich, and complex. The caramelization process leaves this mead with deep brown flavors, oak, cinnamon, dark amber honey, and caramel. Very smooth and pleasant sipper for winter nights. This mead would be a delightful addition to a hot toddy, or enjoyed on its own, perhaps with a lemon wedge.

Take a quick step back in time with our Fox Trot Red. This is a fruity red wine blend of Cabernet Franc and Concord grapes. The wine has residual sweetness, making it the right choice for all of you sweet red wine lovers. At the same time, it shows the fun, grapey side of Concord and the more serious, structured side of Cabernet Franc.

Medium-strength aromas of plum, red fruit, bramble, and toasted barrel. The palate is red-fruited-ripe cherry, cranberry, red plum, and raspberry. Medium acidity and medium-plus tannins provide structure to this fresh, tart, and lively wine. The finish offers tart fruit and smoke and barrel notes. A solid wine despite the difficult vintage.

Lightly floral aromas with baking spice and cherry. The palate on this medium weight red is silky, with black pepper, plum and cherry notes.

Aromas of blackberry, plum, and light smoke. The body follows and is well balanced, rather smooth with medium weight.

Cool-climate Cabernet Franc that is unoaked. It was originally produced in a stainless steel tank #23 (T23) and remained in the Lamoreaux line-up as a classic expression of the region without the interplay of oak or oak tannins.

This gives aromas of tobacco and blueberry. It is medium weight and quite dark in color for such a rainy vintage (2021). There are flavors of black currants, smoke, toast, violets and lavender. This has a bit of rusticity with tannins that are fine to medium, just lightly grainy in texture.

Aromas of black cherry, earth and faint smoke lead to a medium weight Cabernet Franc with black berry and black cherry fruit that is fresh, pure and slightly candied, with a touch of minerality. This has moderate acidity and a very fine texture.

Medium aromas high toned raspberry and strawberry in addition to some white and black cracked peppercorns. The palate is clean and medium bodied with red cherry, pomegranate juice, plum, and cranberry. The secondary notes exist as touches of vanilla, light earth and some higher acid in comparison to the previous vintage with medium tannin structure.

This medium-bodied red blend is lightly earthy with mixed cherries, plums, rose, black pepper, light smoke and minerality. It has moderate tannins and fresh acidity.

Aromas include mixed red and black berries with touches of tobacco, plum, and licorice.  The palate is medium-bodied and structured with nice tannin/acid balance supported by black cherry, plum and raspberry flavors wrapped in hints of smoke, spice and vanilla.

This medium to lighted bodied red offers red cherry and strawberry fruit along with notes of mineral, stone and light spice. The fruit is fresh and you'll find fine to medium tannins that provide structure.

This wine offers aromas of red cherry, chalk and savory, wild scents. It is medium weight with cherry, plum, raspberry, chalk, herbs and forest floor. The tannins are fine to medium in texture.

This ripe smelling merlot gives notes of black cherry and blackberry with balsamic and barrel influence with a bit of tobacco. The flavors are also noticeably riper with lush black cherry, savory herbs and dried earth with some crushed blueberry.

This is a medium weight wine with good elegance and medium acidity and tannins. The aromas and flavors consist of raspberry, mixed cherries, and juicy plum with minerality.

This wine is very well done but not big in style with plum, black cherry and red currant. The texture is clean, medium bodied and integrated. The finish delivers a pleasant amount of smoke.

Quite a perfumed pinot noir with cranberry, blood orange, cherry cordial, dusty earth and some herbs. The oak use is judicious making a drinkable wine with strawberries, plums and red currants that meet green peppercorns and sandalwood. This is more concentrated and continues to get deeper and darker as it breathes.

The nose is rich with concentrated black cherry, vanilla, baking spices, and blackberries. The body follows with loads of fruit and spice; for all the fruit, it is not too heavy, it has a pleasant medium weight.

Aromas of stewed plum and blackberry in the fruit department; red flowers; spices and black tea for savory notes. In the mouth, black cherry joins the aromas. Tannins and body are both medium, with acidity a little higher.

Aromas of cocoa dusted cherries, raspberries, and milk chocolate. The palate is soft without any green pepper. Medium weight, supple, and integrated with more red fruit and cocoa, finishing with vanilla and baking spices.

From the winery: The semi-sweet, fresh fruitiness of this medium-bodied blush has made it a popular favorite. Served well-chilled, it is an especially pleasant sipping wine. Reserve Blush is also an ideal accompaniment for grilled meats, picnic or barbecue fare and poultry or seafood dishes.

This is a savory style of rose with fresh oregano and rosemary but with balanced fruit like smashed strawberry and raspberry with mineral notes. The palate is interesting succulent with great weight. There are dried herbs, baked raspberry, and well structured to the point where we can tell it clearly well farmed. An excellent value.

The nose presents ripe fruit aromas of peach, apple, clementine and guava. On the palate, citrus fruit and white peach flavors accompany a slight hint of sweetness. Clean with the right amount of acidity and – of course – tiny bubbles.

Nicely structured and well-balanced with apple and apple skin flavors combining with minerality in this vibrant, harmonious sparkler.

This off-dry, easy drinking delight offers peach, white grape and wet stone aromas. The palate is juicy and effervescent with flavors echoing the aromas and touches of pineapple.

This sparkler offers nectarine, apricot and lemon curd notes that are nicely creamy and ripe. It is medium in weight, with refreshing lemon/lime flavors lingering on the long finish.

Aromatically, vibrant notes of New York State fruits like red apples and strawberry join with herbs and rose petals as well as exotic scents of cantaloup and pomegranate. Flavors on the palate echo the nose with the addition of white cherry and lemon curd. This sparkling wine is clean and mineral-driven with a kiss of sweetness on entry; it rounds out nicely through the fleshy, pretty finish. 

A carbonated Riesling. The nose brings forward rich mandarin and raspberry, well-balanced by carbonation on the palate. The finish is of refreshing lemon zest and cherry blossom. The perfect sparkling for mimosas!

This dessert wine gives luscious, sweet flavors such as candied peaches, honey, caramelized apples, tarte tatin and orange peel, along with attractive white flower and sage notes. It is not heavy, despite its ripeness and is immensely tasty!

Vibrant and enticing aromas of ripe kiwi, cherry, and subtle notes of honeysuckle.  The mouthfeel is round with delicate bubbles. A touch of almond and sweet peach linger on the finish.  

Sparkling and semi sweet cider with aromas of bosc pear, peach cherry blossom and nectarine. This is a burst of juicy and round ripe fruit with some minerality on the back end. 

A champagne method style cider with  a moderate bouquet of blueberry and blackcurrant and blackcap notes, yellow soft baked apple and some lime zest. The palate is semi-dry and crisp with soft tannin structure there is some ripe peach flavor and cherry pit. There is a distinctive crab apple grip to the finish and is tart and approachable. 

This cider is elegant and surprising with pear, nut skin, toasted raisen and quince paste. The aromas are clean with a bit of salinity. The flavors have nice concentration with yellow apple, white pepper and toasted bread. The bead is consistent and the flavor is crushable with medium acidity and some bitterness on the finish.

Chamomile, honeycomb, hay, and green tea on the nose. The palate follows with savory white tea and refreshing tartness, nectarines, apple skins, tannins, and prosecco like texture and finish. Medium bodied and well balanced.

Baked apple, ripe pear, aromatic and autumnal feeling with golden apple and quince. The palate is medium dry with apple, yellow plum, cinnamon and nutmeg with good tart acidity. This is clean, not heavy but richly flavored and lightly effervescent. A portion of this cider has crab apples in it, so the little sweetness is nicely balanced.

What an aromatic cider with golden apple, pear, and plum. The palate is soft and round with great texture and flavors that echo the aromas. This cider is delicious!

Sassafras and tree bark aromas with fresh red berries. The palate has a syrupy sweetness that balances the bitterness that continues to increase on the palate. There is bright red cherry, rose petals, and wild strawberries with some orange zest on the finish. The palate contains bark and forest floor notes.

Maplejack Liqueur starts as an apple brandy made from New York State apples. It is aged in oak barrels and sweetened with local maple syrup. Aromas of caramel and mulled cider greet you. The palate is round, with just a touch of sweetness from the maple syrup

From the producer: Bitters with aromatic cardamom, allspice, bright organic orange flavor, and bitter roots notes.

Gin, honey, lemon

Recognized internationally, the award winning whiskey is finished in 20 year old Oloroso Sherry casks which give the Bourbon floral notes layered with fig, roasted walnuts, candied fruit and spicy rye.

This is a gorgeous gin for cold weather with Assam tea, wild apples and dehydrated pears. The palate has tart red fruit but also burnt orange, nutmeg, soft gingerbread and black pepper.

This sweet vermouth is halfway to amaro territory, offering lovely brown spices (cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, clove) along with medicinal and menthol notes, cherry candy, orange and sage. There is a pleasant but notable bitterness, reminiscent of a light, sweet amaro. You'll find this nice for sipping or enjoying in cocktails that need a bit of bitterness.

This vermouth is balanced between a dry and a white in its sweetness level making this a very versatile white vermouth. There are aromas of citrus and teaberry with floral chamomile and Mediterranean herbs. The palate shows similar flavors to the aromas but adds orange, clove, marmalade and apricot with a faint melon rind quality that makes this irresistible.
