This crisp, dry Spanish blend, offers aromas of lemon, peach, apples, and chalk. The palate is crisp with flavors of peach, lemon, pith, flowers, apples, and minerals.

Grapes are certified organic, and come from gravelly slopes with chalky clay, and a continental climate. Fermented in stainless steel on fine lees.
