Tasting Notes
The nose of this sparkling is delicate with notes of apple, white flowers and citrus. The palate delivers crisp and clean apple flavors, as well as white nectarine and peach. Texture-wise, it is very lacy and delicate with some light floral and mineral notes on the finish.
