This is classic Muscadet with aromas of stone, citrus and salinity. It is medium to lighter in weight, clean and mineral with subtle fruits of green apple, tart pear and citrus. There’s a touch of leesiness which gives a hint of yeast. This wine pairs perfectly with shellfish like oysters, clams and shrimp. Light foods such as salads, fresh vegetables with dips, cacio e pepe, chicken salad, seared white fish or cheese are ideal partners.
