Tasting Notes
This is a classic Etna Rosso; it looks like Nebbiolo or Pinot Noir in the glass, and smells of raspberries, blackberries, wildflowers, and volcanic minerality. It has had time to soften and integrate while still maintaining its freshness. Flavors include blackberry, light anise, pepper, violets, and minerality.
