This wine starts out very aromatically with violets, dark berries, cured meats, cool earth, dark chocolate, camphor, pressed rose, baking spice, menthol and gradually, with red fruits emerging too. Just lovely! On the palate, it is modern and saturated with sweet cranberry and spiced jam flavors that still maintain freshness. It's medium to full bodied with black currant fruit mingling with clove, sandalwood and camphor. The tannins are soft and rounded. Drink now or cellar.
