This wine is named after the winemaker's daughter who graduated from Cornell. Aromas of forest floor and light smoke from oak aging (approximately 25% of which is new oak) back up savory roasted red pepper notes. The palate is medium-plus in body with complex flavors of black fruit and earth along with cigar box, mushroom umami, and some minerality.
