Tasting Notes

This wine is named after the winemaker's daughter who has auburn hair and graduated from Cornell. 25% of this wine is aged in new oak barrels with lends its forest floor and light smokey aromas to back up some savory roasted red pepper notes. The palate exhibits black fruit, earth and medium plus body. Complex flavors, there is additional cigar box, mushroom umami flavor and some minerality.
