Toasty spice aromas balance with notes of baked apple and light citrus. This is a medium-plus bodied wine with notes of baked apples, slight caramel notes, toasted nuts and a hint of butter. Despite the oak notes this wine is balanced and manages to stay fresh.
Roasted poultry, pasta with cream sauces, and baked salmon. Vegetarian quiches and frittatas would also make great pairing partners.
