Organically-farmed, low-yield grapes, 100% destemmed and fermented in concrete tanks with 60 days of maceration on skins, then aged 30 months in Slovonian botti (70%) and 30% barriques (20% new).

Agricola Ellena Giuseppe is located in the prized commune of "La Morra."
 The property has 5 hectares under vines. Mateo took over the property from his father in 2009 and modernized the winery. Now three generations work side-by-side in the vineyard and cellar.
