Founded 15 years ago, this estate lies at the foot of the Apennine Mountains at 330 meters above sea level. The area is both sunny and windy, both of which are good for the grapes. The estate is certified organic and produces all its own energy, using solar panels and biomass boilers. This wine is made using traditional cool vinification following a long maceration. The bottle closure is dates to the 19th century, very traditional.
