Aromas of quince, lemon, green apple, white chocolate, and crushed rocks. On the palate this wine is complex and intriguing, with minerals, quince, chamomile, brine, baked apple skin and a saline quality. It is medium to plus in body, creamy, medium in acid with a long finish.
