White raspberry and sweet tarts with light bramble can be found on the nose. The palate shows juicy strawberry, mineral, citrus, tangerine, lemon-thyme and touches of underbrush. This is pale, light-bodied and versatile.
This rosé is produced in direct-to-press method. Sustainably-grown vines were planted from 1983 in gravel, clay and limestone soil at 350 m (1,148 ft) elevation.
After harvest, the grapes are press directly without any skin contact to keep the tannins away and its color as pale as possible. Once fermentation has taken place, the wine is aged in stainless steel tank for one month and then it is filtered and bottled.
The 3 liter box is equivalent to 4 x 750ml bottles.
