This light, refreshing wine is zippy and minerally with notes of citrus, kunquats and nectarines, along with lightly savory flavors. It's perfect for light weight foods such as shellfish, salads and vegetables.

The indigenous Hondarrabi Zuri grapes are planted at 300 meters of altitude above the Bay of Biscay. The wine ages for 5 months in tanks on its lees.
