This is a dry Riesling from a single vineyard. The wine begins with notes of petrol and savory herbs and moves on to mineral notes and subtle Riesling fruit -- pear, apple and glazed citrus with herbs. It stays linear and focused with crisp acid that pairs well a range of foods.
