This wine is fresh and minerally on the nose, with lime skin and peach and pear notes as well as a touch of salinity. The palate is similar, with moderate acidity supporting floral flavors and stone fruits. There are touches of beeswax on the nose and the palate, and the wine has an umami presence. Tasty and appealing, it is medium bodied with a longer finish.
