Aromas of smoked blackberry and mulberry with leather notes and a touch of oak spice adding complexity. On the palate the flavors are also dark with black plum, blackberry and black raspberry. It is medium plus in body with integrated tannins and fresh acidity. Fantastic with Spanish olives, a plate of Manchego and some salami. Or try it with red meat, stews, roasted vegetables, or grilled lamb.
