Quite aromatic with notes of white peach, citrus blossom, and a stony minerality. The palate is a bit floral with distinct minerality. The concentrated flavors of stone fruits, white flowers, and a touch of pear are supported by medium-plus acidity and are carried onto a long finish. A great wine to have as an apéritif, with tapas, sushi, or Asian dishes. Alternatively, enjoy with roasted chicken or citrus-infused seafood.
