Waxy, creamy aromas filled with light pine and refreshing herbs, golden apple skin, Turkish apricots, and nettles. The palate echoes the nose with the addition of lemon oil, chalky mineral, and ripe orchard fruits. Medium weight and acid with a beautiful, round texture.
The wine is 100% Savatiano, aged entirely in stainless steel. It comes from 50+ year old, organic, unirrigated bush vines, with yields less than 30hl/ha.
