Tasting Notes

Medium aromas filled with lightly earthy notes complemented by dark cherries and violets.  Medium-plus body and tannins, offering flavors of ripe, dark fruits (especially black currants), herbed jam, garrigue, and a touch of dark chocolate on the finish. The structure and rusticity of this wine make it a wonderful partner with a variety of foods.
