Delicate to medium aromas of dried herbs and red fruits, especially cherries and freshly pressed cherry juice.  Medium to medium-plus in weight with lifted acidity and rounded tannins.  Flavors on the palate are well-balanced with fruit and savory tones, including notes of blackberries, black cherries, sage, thyme, and a hint of dried earth.
