Medium aromas filled with bright, ripe tropical fruits and light herbaceous tones woven throughout. While the nose is dominated by a mélange of fruits, it remains well-balanced and not overripe, walking the line between zippy, tart fruit – passionfruit, starfruit, and tangerine zest – and soft, juicy fruit – guava, green pear, and peach skin. Candied lemon peel and green apple are added to the mix on the palate, supported by crushed seashells and a chalky, minerally texture. Medium weight with fresh, lifted acidity.
