The aromatics are focused on spices--cinnamon stick and toasted clove backed by chocolate dust. On the palate, this wine is slightly more than medium weight and sleekly textured with fine tannins softened by age. Blackberry and black cherry fruit mingles with dark chocolate shavings and baking spices.
