Tasting Notes

The nose offers smoke, bitter chocolate, blackberry, cassis, and a touch of spice. The palate is structured so as to hold all the wine’s elements together, with moderate acidity and tannins supporting a touch of earth, red licorice and plum, as well as cherries. Fun and tasty, medium bodied with a longer finish.
