The nose shows us cooked berry compote and spice, with sandalwood incense to play. The flavors are more dark fruit, dense and ripe, with fresh acid.

This wine comes from producer Bodegas Volver. This organically-farmed vineyard is located at an altitude of 660 meters above sea level, with an average vine age of 40 years. The sandy soil (up to a meter deep) has substrate river rocks, with lots of iron, clay and limestone. The wine ages for 6 months in French oak barrels.
