The nose opens with lemon oil, juicy peaches, and a slight stoniness. Starfruit, lime juice, and crunchy starfruit add to the palate, followed by a granny smith note that coats the mouth. Crisp acidity to finish.

Aromas of lemon, lime, and grapefruit alongside peach and light grassy or boxwood notes. On the palate, the citrus notes are soft but refreshing, with peach and passion fruit flavors combined with a mineral undertone. Medium in body this wine is crisp, elegant, and well-balanced.

Medium-plus aromas of tangerine, dried apricot, chalk, chamomile flowers and certain salinity. Medium in body with round texture and refreshing acidity. The aromas translate onto flavors with the addition of pear, ginger skin, white flowers and a lot more minerality. Medium-plus on the finish.

This is quite aromatic, offering apricot candy, honeycomb, and nectarine. Tart fruits, notably lemon zest and pink grapefruit, dominate the palate and lead to softer, rounded flavors of melon and peach. Medium weight with bright acidity and a crisp, lingering finish.

This elegant white is concentrated and refined with chalky minerality supporting ripe apple, pear, and quince notes; It shows nice richness and a touch of vanilla and citrus while maintaining good precision and focus.

Green, herbal aromas lead to flavors of pear, melon, lime, gooseberry and and fresh cut grass. It's tart and crisp with a clean, stony/mineral finish.

Medium aromatics with notes of Granny Smith apple, Grapefruit, Star fruit and light nectarine. On the palate this is a refreshing wine with flavors of grapefruit, lemongrass, lime, and passion fruit. It is dry and medium in body with a minerally finish.

Kermit Lynch tasting note:Very pure Sancerre aroma, generous, fresh, without grassy edges. The palate is expansive, then the nervosity makes its appearance and the finish is dry and lipsmackingly good. One of the things I love about it is that it leaves on the lips, not the palate, not the throat, but on your lips, a fresh little lemony whisper which makes it a fabulous complement to simple fish dishes.

This white blend offers aromas of melon, pear, citrus, fresh herbs and minerality. The palate is just over medium bodied with stony minerality and elegant green and yellow fruits – nectarines, pears, lemon, lime and kiwi, along with grass and lemongrass. Well integrated, fresh acidity keeps this lifted; perfect to start off a meal.

Fresh citrus and meadow flowers with touches of peach and grapefruit on the nose. Refreshing acidity on the palate with more citrus and stone fruit flavors and a lingering minerality.

This unoaked Chardonnay offers fresh flavors of pineapple and grilled peaches with nice acidity to keep the palate lifted. The texture is attractive with both freshness and a broad mouthfeel. It finishes with glazed citrus and sweet snap pea.

From the Producer: Aromatic notes of white peach and lime leap out of the glass with a hint of herbaceous Thai basil. Juicy, bright flavors of lychee and pink grapefruit are complemented with a wet stone minerality and perfectly balanced acidity. A mid-palate richness leads to a long, clean finish.

Very aromatic, offering rosewater and stone fruits. The perfume continues on the palate with floral and orchard notes followed by a pleasant bitterness. Jasmine and rose combine with grapefruit (complete with its pith), peach and apricot. The mouthfeel is round and the acidity is fresh.

Aromas of baked apple, light peach, citrus and crushed rocks. The palate is medium in weight with a round creamy texture, and flavors of golden apple, pears, citrus oil and lanolin. The acidity is medium and the finish long.

This Italian white offers nice density and roundness with ripe fruits such as apricot and lychee. There is a touch of spice and almond in this juicy, medium-plus bodied wine, along with balanced acidity. Great value!

This lovely aromatic white gives flowers, lemon, lime and warm wet stone notes. It is pretty with light tropicality (mango and guava), peach and more flowers. It is lifted and attractive, practically dancing on your palate. The acidity is moderate with a persistent finish.

On the nose, notes of lemon, nectarine, and minerality come through.  In the mouth, this lighter to medium bodied white gives flavors of lemon, lemon zest, tangerine, nectarine and grapefruit. It has crisp, refreshing acidity--think of it as an alternative to Pinot Grigio.

Aromas of elegant oak, vanilla, pear and dried apple introduce the wine. On the palate, it is slightly over medium weight with crisp apple and pear, light butteriness, vanilla and linen notes joining lightly toasty oak. The fruit here is subtle, making this a cleansing food wine.

Very aromatic on the nose with honeysuckle, peach, candied apricot and mangosteen notes. The palate has nice richness, but stays lifted and fresh with stone fruit flavors supported by tropical melon and juicy pear. Refreshing and bright with lingering candied lemon peel.

From Producer: An unwooded wine, Bon Vallon has a brisk and clean freshness leading into a wide spectrum of classic flavours including citrus, wild flowers and grilled nuts, with a nuanced minerality on the aftertaste.

A very mineral driven style with lime blossom, subtle nectarine and white grapefruit. The palate has a waxy and silky texture with refreshing minerality and crunchy pear with white grapefruit.

This wine is of outstanding quality with layers of complexity. Ripe citrus aromas and tropical fruit like pineapple, guava and passionfruit. The palate is more mouthwatering with lime juice, medium plus body and peaches.

Incredibly rich and complex aromas of apricot, nectarine, peach and jasmine. There are flavors of toasted almond, wet stone and peach pit. The palate is nicely balanced and structure with some bitterness and herbal qualities on the end. This wine delivers great potential.

Flavors of preserved lemon, apricot and a slightly salty minerality are enjoyable and classic. Picpoul de Pinet is an ideal wine for seafood, especially shellfish.

This chardonnay is fragrant and attractive with ripe pineapple, apple, lemon and talc or chalky minerality with jasmine. The palate has good density with some lees contact but no malolactic fermentation and is medium plus in body with Asian pear, peach, and a honey note. The finishes clean, crisp and with some vanilla.

From the Producer: Clean and elegant on the palate, with the marked floral and fruity notes that are typical of this grape variety. It has a lively freshness and is well-balanced and refined.

Fresh green aromas include honeydew melon, meadow flowers, lime, and touches of nectarine and peach. This is medium-bodied, crisp, bright, clean and refreshing on the palate with white grapefruit, star fruit, nectarine, fresh herbs and almond supported by slight salinity/minerality.

This medium plus bodied Gruner has good density and is fruit forward with apple, melon and white pepper with wonderful concentration of these aromas on the palate as well. The texture is soft and a touch creamy with white pepper and green melon.

Characteristically, Vermentino presents aromas of macchia, a blend of evergreen shrubs and herbs common to the Sardinian landscape. The Costamolino is the quintessential Sardinian vermentino with hints of pine and mint coupled with ripe stone fruit and sweet citrus. The palate is at once vibrant and rounded, with saline notes complementing the fruit and appropriate acidity lingering through the finish.

This smells clean and mineral but there is also powdered sugar, kiwi and lime fruit and anise. The palate is balance with tartness like key lime pie with lychee, nectarine and fresh cut grass. 

This is a very nice white bordeaux with kiwi, honeydew and cantaloupe melon, grapefruit pith, with perfume like florals. The palate has some dried hay like note that mingles with stone fruit, lemon and mint with integrate flavors and concentration. This is executed and balanced with an exceptionally long finish.

From the Producer: Clean, crisp, luscious. Night blooming jasmine, tropical guava, starfruit, lychee, and key lime with stone fruit undertones. Palate: Juicy yet zesty, lithe and bright with silky, creamy texture. Medium body, lingering finish with hints of honeydew melon, limestone dust, and saline.

Aromas are subtle but abundant with pineapple, soft vanilla, and some apple. The palate has a round mouthfeel with well-balanced acidity. The flavors are dominated by pear and apple, almond notes, and touches of coconut. The wine is minerally on the finish with medium range texture.

This aromatic wine smells like honeydew melon, lychee, nectarines and fresh cut grass. The palate has some snappy green apple and white grape with a zesty juicy level of acidity that balances with the waxy texture. The finish is medium in length with some fresh herbs and melon.

Deeply opaque, dark cherry red, with garnet highlights. Les Hérétiques is a rustic wine, speaking strongly of its terroir. The nose offers spice, cedar, and black cherry fruit, and touches of iron/earth. The tannins are quite present but well-integrated with more black cherries, spice and a lingering meaty quality.

The nose offers spiced plum, a touch of licorice and olives, sweet wood and dried herbs. In the mouth, this wine is full bodied and flavorful. Deep red fruits, black currants, blackberry, and black cherry, as well as black olives merge with bittersweet chocolate, espresso, and tobacco notes. This has character and personality without being overbearing.

This attractively packaged wine offers aromas of coffee, blackberries, and dark chocolate. The wine is well-balanced in the mouth, silky and complex, with kirsch, fresh black currant and berry, and hints of black pepper and mocha. Medium in body and acidity, with fine tannins and a longer finish.

The nose offers aromas of mixed berries, dried but still bright and juicy. The palate is full and bold, with lush fruit, balanced by fresh acidity. Coffee and cocoa flavors linger on the finish.

A medium bouquet of red currants and cherries with cooked or concentrated raspberries and earth. The palate is sleek and supple with cherry, soil and plum. This wine is super fresh and yet deep with very fine and complex tannins and structure.

Complex and interesting aromas of plums, cooked currant and berries, black cherry and toasty wood. Thorough-going but soft tannins support lively, spicy dark fruits. All the components of this wine are well integrated and harmonious. It is easy to drink, just a bit over medium in body with a long finish.

Absolutely opulent with blackberry, raspberry, bramble, cassis that is balanced with aromas of vanilla and dark chocolate. This broad texture wine has a long texture with a touch of baking spice and the same fruits on the nose as on the palate.

Scorched earth and juicy black cherry frame this elegant and smoky wine with a concentrated medium plus frame and integrated structure.

Medium aromatics offering fresh and dried herbs, cigar box, dates and dried cherries. The palate is medium bodied with very rounded but quite there tannins. Fruits are purple to black --cherries, plums, and black currant skin with light toast, earth and tobacco.

This is such an appealing wine with aromas darker fruit than the last vintage with black fruits (currants, boysenberry, and blueberry) with a touch of florality spring from the nose of unique Mediterranean grape. The wine is medium weight with red and purple fruits, plums, blueberries and rose petals. It is fresh, unique, appealing, fragrant, food-friendly, soft and accessible. The tannins are light to medium weight with crisp acidity.

This wine begins with dark, steeped berries encircling fireplace and pine forest aromas. in the mouth, it is creamy and full-flavored, exhibiting wild black currant and dark chocolate flavors mixed with sweet tobacco and black cherry candy. Medium aromas of black pepper, spicy roasted bell pepper and black fruit. This wine becomes more spicy with air and delivers plum and blackberry with oaky, toasty and cedar wood flavors. This is a classic example of the grape varietal and is also vegan. 

Aromas are complex with raspberry tea, earthy truffle notes and bright herbs.  The palate is dense with raspberry coulis and more herbs (bay, eucalyptus) which interplays nicely with the ripe fruit.  Integrated but present tannins make this approachable now or age-worthy. Don't let the pale color fool you, this wine is flavorful and complex! Aromatics of Bing cherries, cranberry and dusty cedar with some mulling spices. This win is medium bodied at best with rhubarb, raspberry tea, faded cherry, pressed roses and savory herbs with a long a delicate and mellow finish.

This wine has a nice fruity nose with blackcap, black currant and black cherry with some minerality or earth to it. The palate is similar to the aromas with good ripeness, and elegant minerality that is medium plus in body and plush in texture.

This wine was made using semi-carbonic maceration, and this shows in its mineral-driven freshness and energy. Berry fruit and spice character are sassy and playful. Raspberries, blueberries, and black cap raspberries join soil and leaf notes with well-integrated acidity.

The black fruit flavors return on the long and fresh finish.

This dry rosé is perfectly balanced, soft, and thirst quenching. Fresh berries, especially strawberry,with a touch of floral character and peach are well-balanced by fresh acid and minerality on the palate.The wine is dry with strawberries lingering on the finish.

Soft and delicate aromas of earth and clay mixed with cherry, raspberry and dried herbs. On the palate the wine is dry and a touch savory with citrus, raspberry, and mineral notes. Concentrated with balancing acidity and a persistent finish.

Lighter aromas include strawberry, watermelon, and pink grapefruit.  Juicy watermelon, peach, and pomegranate flavors are supported by fresh acid in this delicious dry rose.

Aromatically this is strawberry, white raspberry, talc with some garrigue. The palate is medium bodied, ripe but savory with integrated flavors of smoke, soft white chocolate and white cherry. The palate is complex and continue to give black cherry, pepper, fresh basil and forest floor.

This has a very nice, frothy mousse. It's more of a crisp, clean, minerally style, not very fruity, but not austere either. Notes of lemon, stone and biscuit can be found in this finely-textured, persistent Champagne.

Aromas of orchard fruit and minerals greet the nose. The wine is medium weight with orchard fruits, tart white fruits, citrus zest and stone. It is juicy, fresh and lively with a nice balance between fruitiness and minerality.

Gorgeous pink color with a nose of raspberry, ripe strawberry and cherry aromas. The perfume is gorgeous and yet, has a delicacy to it. This wine is ultra-elegant with pinpoint bubbles and finesse. The fruit is ripe and red fruited--raspberry, cherry, pomegranate, strawberry, cranberry--all the reds!  It is dry and minerally, yet generous with its fruit. Such balance means that your bottle will quickly disappear!

Jubilant aromas include bright cherry and berry notes.  The palate offers slight creaminess and excellent concentration of fruit with more red berries, some lemon and a clean, dry finish.

Classic aromas of fresh biscuits and brioche smothered in lemon curd and quince jam with additional aromatics of strawberry and minerality. The palate has a persistent bead throughout the mouthfeel and carries cheerful flavors of confection, yellow plum, lemon zest, and fresh linen which immediately is focused, lovely and celebratory. The mineral note follows through on the palate with something akin to wet clay. This is starbright and not super effervescent with a mellow frothy finish.

This is a pretty wine with pink grapefruit, grapefruit pith and tart red currants. Done in a pet nat style this is crisp and refreshing.

This winery is solar powered, This is a blend of five vintages from the Cotes de Bar and is 100% Chardonnay. This could be enjoyed by itself or with a meal because it is very versatile. Aromas of melon, brioche, and floral notes, apple flesh, baked biscuits, lemon peel and minerality. The palate is fruit forward but has notes of vanilla and honey. The texture has a bit of a prickle with refreshing star bright acidity. This is exceedingly pretty.

Concentrated aromas of apple, brioche, peaches, white raspberry, melon and poached pear that reminds one of a creamy apple tart with cream. The flavor is so creamy and good with apricot, butter cream, vanilla, with a soft mouse that prickles and lingers without being aggressive. There is some browned butter and membrillo jam on the finish.

Aromas of toasted barley, coriander, coconut, linen and vanilla. On the palate the alcohol is well-integrated with a hint of sweetness. Silky, clean with a marshmallow finish.

This is a triple distilled Italian grain wheat. The nose has a little bit of spice like black pepper and the palate is round and smooth.

This alpine liquor is incredibly complex and contradictory. The aromatics deliver similar gin like notes with, coriander, mint, lemon, cilantro, sage and black pepper. When the palate hits the taster it is nothing like you expect, there is lychee, birch beer, marshmallow, forest floor, white pepper, and so much fresh green cues. This of things like fresh grass in the summer, parsley, roasted marshmallow and white pepper that are all very smooth and almost sweet.
